In December 1978, during the run of the second Lupin the Third TV series in Japan, a feature film was released based on the franchise. The movie (whose Japanese title contained a big spoiler) was released elsewhere as "The Mystery of Mamo" until 2003, in which Geneon released an English version titled, "The Secret of Mamo".
This picture depicts Lupin reflecting a laser, showing us Goemon in the sewers of Paris getting ready to strike. We also see Zenigata caught in the middle of a bombing, Fujiko being dared by Mamo to press "the button", and Jigen cheering over finding water in the desert.  |
